Aloe vera can change not just its color but its shape depending on the environment it grew up with.
In the video, the plant was placed for a month inside the box. The plant continued to grow inside the box and produced pups.
The pups turned out to be white for lack of sunlight and the trunks are elongated.
When the pups were exposed gradually to sunlight, their color changes to green and the leaves grew bigger and thicker. The trunks, however, didn't grow bigger and stronger that it couldn't handle the weight of the growing leaves.
